Emelia Guo, Executive Director of Leah's Dream was awarded a certificate by the College for Community and Organizational Development in the University of Development Studies, Tamale, Ghana. She is now a trained professional facilitator for Organizational Development. Emelia has been instrumental in establishing the Afafanto Scholarship Fund for Leah's Dream NGO. She continues to work tirelessly for the empowerment of women in Northern Ghana.
